Catering that doesn’t compromise
When Carmine’s caters an event, we bring the actual restaurant — the same dough, the same sauces, the same proteins. Not a “catering-friendly” approximation designed to travel well. The real thing, delivered properly, set up on-site.
We handle corporate events, private parties, rehearsal dinners, office lunches, and large family gatherings. Minimum order is 20 guests. All packages include delivery, setup, and serving staff for events of 50 or more.

Office Lunch Package
Thin crust pizza selection (4 varieties), house Caesar, garlic bread, Italian sodas. Serves 20–50. Includes delivery and setup. Minimum 48-hour notice.

Full Event Package
Deep dish and thin crust selection, full appetizer spread (burrata, meatballs, Caesar), desserts, wine and beverage service. Serves 30–150. Includes staff. Minimum 72-hour notice.
